About
A truck, a reputation, and a crew that's still growing.
757 Welding Fabrication & Repair is owned and operated by Daniel Wheeler out of Newport News, Virginia. What started as a single rig is now a crewed industrial welding operation serving Hampton Roads — AWS-certified, running on a fleet of mobile rigs and a shop built around a CNC plasma table and an optical-eye burning table.

Daniel Wheeler · Owner / Operator
When Daniel quotes a job, he expects to be on it.
Daniel started welding the way most of the best do — on a job nobody else would touch. A piece of plant equipment down. A production line stalled. A deadline measured in hours.
Years later the work is bigger. The crew has grown. The shop runs on a CNC plasma table and an optical-eye burning table. AWS certifications cover the processes most commonly asked for on industrial jobs, and FCAW certification clears the crew for the flux-core structural work the Peninsula's shipbuilding and construction economy runs on.
What hasn't changed: when Daniel signs off on a weld, it has his name on it. That's the standard the crew works to — because this is his business, his reputation, and the only reason clients like United Rentals keep calling back.

Have a problem no one else will touch?
That's our specialty.
Cracked booms at 2am. Pressure-line rebuilds under a compressed shutdown window. Copper-nickel on a vessel that has to sail Monday. Call.
